Anderson Career Solutions was founded by Denise Anderson in 2022, following more than 28 years of working with specialist schools, training providers and further education providers as a Careers Lead and in personal development.

 

Working with schools and local authorities in East Anglia, Anderson Career Solutions strives to enable all children to achieve their full potential, by offering bespoke, tailored packages of support. Working to the Gatsby Benchmarks and CDi frameworks, we provide comprehensive frameworks with initial and interim assessments to accurately set targets and measure impact. We offer a critical resource to assist children and young people, empowering them to raise aspirations, ambitions and attainment.
